Last month, member Jessica Castillo found it necessary to withdraw her membership. We will miss her and Costas, her young son, who attended our Sunday School.

Also last month, the Lyon family joined our church. One Sunday after services, the members stayed a little longer to greet Steve Lyon, Jalene Lyon and their son Spencer. We are delighted to welcome them and look forward to their thoughtful contribution to our church community. If you have not as yet met them, please take a moment to introduce yourself when you see them. As a side note, Spencer is an active student of our Sunday School and a Boy Scout working on his Eagle Scout rank, the highest achievement possible. Only four percent of Boy Scouts are granted this rank after a lengthy review process and accumulation of numerous merit badges. We are grateful they have decided to join our church and we look forward to supporting them in their spiritual journey.
